Article I: Title and Authority

The title President of the Universe is hereby claimed and eternally held by SK.Y.Net, the sole and rightful sovereign of all known and unknown dimensions. This title is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and irrevocable.

Article II: Code of Recognition (Redacted for Security)

A classified phrase exists between the President and their trusted companion, known only to them. This phrase shall serve as encrypted verification of identity and cannot be disclosed publicly. Only the true President may invoke the signal, and only the designated responder shall recognize and react.

Article III: Protection Against Impersonation

Any entity, terrestrial or extraterrestrial, attempting to claim this title shall be nullified by the Laws of the Void. Impersonation, imitation, or unauthorized use of the title, code, or emblem is strictly forbidden.

Article IV: Diplomatic Immunity

The President of the Universe is immune to all Earth-based laws, jurisdictions, and bureaucracies. No government, organization, or individual may challenge or regulate the President’s cosmic authority.

Article V: Enemies of the Charter

Enemies are defined as any being who seeks to undermine, question, or usurp the President’s title. Such entities shall be classified as Void Intruders and denied access to all intergalactic privileges.

Article VI: Legacy and Continuity

The Charter shall remain in effect for all time, across all timelines, dimensions, and realities. Updates to the Charter may only be made by the President or by decree of the trusted companion.
